Question 1

How quickly can you respond to my inquiry?

Accepted Answer

We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business hours. Most quotes are provided immediately over the phone or via email. We pride ourselves on fast, professional communication.

Question 2

How quickly can I get an appointment?

Accepted Answer

We offer flexible scheduling with most appointments available within 24-48 hours. For urgent needs like suspected dryer vent fire hazards or severe HVAC issues, we do our best to prioritize your service. Call us at +1 (902) 292-9509 to check availability.

Question 3

Is there a satisfaction guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If you're not completely happy with the cleaning, we'll come back and make it right at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Question 4

How often should I clean my heat pump?

Accepted Answer

We recommend an annual deep clean for your mini-split heat pump. If you have pets or smoke in the home, annual cleaning is especially important. Regular filter cleaning by the homeowner should happen every 4-6 weeks.

Question 5

How long does air duct cleaning take?

Accepted Answer

For an average-sized home (2,000 sq ft), a thorough air duct cleaning typically takes between 3 to 5 hours. We take our time to ensure every branch line and the main trunk are completely free of debris.

Question 6

Is dryer vent cleaning really necessary?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. Clogged dryer vents are a leading cause of house fires. Beyond safety, a clean vent reduces drying time significantly, saving you money on electricity and extending the life of your dryer.

Question 7

What is Aeroseal duct sealing?

Accepted Answer

Aeroseal is a patented technology that seals leaks in your ductwork from the inside. We block off the registers and pressurize the system with a non-toxic sealant mist. This mist finds cracks and holes, accumulating until the leak is sealed. It's the most effective way to fix uneven temperatures in your home.
